Refund policy
For Exchanges:
Return the original purchase with the packaging and return/exchange slip with the enclosed envelope. Please indicate what size/model you would like to exchange the garment for. All exchanges will be mailed out on the NEXT BUSINESS day upon receipt (with stock availability). We offer FREE SHIPPING (both ways) for the FIRST exchange. For subsequent exchanges, shipping charges will apply at $7/pc. Return label is only valid for 30 days from date of purchase. If you are exchanging after 30 days of purchase, kindly contact us at info@winkshapewear.com for a new label. FOR US ORDERS ONLY.
For Returns:
Return the original purchase with the packaging and return/exchange slip with the enclosed envelope for a refund. Shipping charges of $7/pc for returned shipping will be DEDUCTED from the total amount of refund. Return label is only valid for 30 days from date of purchase. If you are returning after 30 days of purchase, kindly contact us at info@winkshapewear.com for a new label. You can also purchase your own postage and send it back to us. FOR US ORDERS ONLY.
All items returned for exchanges or refund must be in the original sale condition; unworn, undamaged, unsoiled, unstained, and unstretched. If the garment is returned to us in a USED, DAMAGED, WASHED condition, a RESTOCKING FEE of 40% will be charged.
For Defective Items Received:
ALL GARMENTS HAVE BEEN INSPECTED FOR DEFECTS PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Please inspect the garment for DEFECTS upon receipt. If there are any defects, please email us with PHOTOS of DEFECTS within 3 DAYS at info@winkshapewear.com. We will ship out a replacement piece upon receipt of photo. However, we DO NOT replace or offer a refund for garments that are damaged by customers themselves with their fingers poking into it when wearing or adjusting the garment. We DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED OR WORN garments after the 3 days period.
