Returns & Exchanges
We love a happy customer. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your item, please do the following:

Return the original purchase with the packaging and return/exchange slip with this completed form. Please indicate what size/model you would like to exchange the garment for. All exchanges will be mailed out on the NEXT BUSINESS day upon receipt (with stock availability). FOR US ORDERS ONLY.
Item returned for exchange has to be UNWORN, UNWASHED and in a BRAND NEW condition. If the item that is returned for an exchange is not in a BRAND NEW condition, we will
(1) treat it as a RETURN and charge 40% restocking fee and refund the rest. The purchaser has to make a new order online OR
(2) send it back to the purchaser. The purchaser has to make a new order online.
For international orders, please make a new purchase online for the size you like and return the one you got for a refund.
Return the original purchase with the packaging and return/exchange form for a refund. Due to the intimate nature of the garment, we will not be able to resell garments returned to us. As a result, a 20% restocking fee may be charged for all returns. A $7 return label fee will be charged if it is used for the return as well as the shipping cost of $7 incurred in shipping the item to you.
All items returned for exchanges or refund must be in the original sale condition; unworn, undamaged, unsoiled, unstained, and unstretched. We DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED OR WORN garments after the 3 days period. If the garment is returned to us in a USED, DAMAGED, WASHED condition, a RESTOCKING FEE of 50% will be charged.
Items returned after 30 days will be issued store credit.
For Defective Items Received:
ALL GARMENTS HAVE BEEN INSPECTED FOR DEFECTS PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Please inspect the garment for DEFECTS upon receipt. If there are any defects, please email us with PHOTOS of DEFECTS within 3 DAYS at email@example.com. We will ship out a replacement piece upon receipt of photo.
For Items Shipped, but Not Received:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 408-497-8359 if you did not receive your garment.
Refunds can take up to 30 days to be credited to your account. All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances since the charges have already been spent to ship the item to you.
In special circumstances where a garment has been shipped and tracking information shown that it was delivered but not received by customer, we DO NOT offer refunds but STORE CREDIT in the amount of purchase only.
We don't accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.
